Can you tell me what metal you used for the blade and how you sculpted/ ground/ etc it ?

D2 steel (originally designed for a shock absorbent aircraft landing gear tool steel) it is a 1.5 carbon steel and an air hardening steel. I send swords out to be heat treated so they are done perfect.
